At 6roovy Studios, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations are not eligible for refunds, but are eligible to be rescheduled via communication with either of the owners. .
b. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once without penalty if you notify us 24+ hours in advance.

Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a rescheduling fee or loss of deposit.
2. No-Shows
Failure to arrive for your scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and you will have the option to reschedule your session without a refund. Refunds will not be issued.
3. Session Interruptions
If your session is interrupted due to technical issues or circumstances on our end, we will offer to reschedule your session at no additional cost.
4. Merchandise & Products
All sales of merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, gift cards, USBs with session files) are final unless the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
