1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that may damage the Site or impair the experience of other users.

2. Booking Policy

Studio time can be booked through our online booking system. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Cancellations: We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this window may be subject to a fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

  • No-Shows: No-shows may be rescheduled to another available date via communication with either of the owners. 

3. Payment

We accept payments via online payments. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Full payment is required by the end of your session unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, logos, audio samples, graphics, and photos, is the property of 6roovy Studios or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our express written consent.

5. Client Recordings

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All client recordings remain the intellectual property of the client.

  • We reserve the right to retain copies for archival or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.

  • We are not liable for lost, damaged, or corrupted session files unless due to our negligence. We recommend clients back up their files independently.

6. Studio Rules

To maintain a professional and safe environment, we ask all clients and guests to adhere to our studio policies:

  • No smoking inside the studio

  • No drugs allowed in the studio

  • Respect for our staff, equipment, and other clients is expected at all times

We reserve the right to terminate a session or refuse service for violations of these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6roovy Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites.

9. Privacy
